Cristiano Ronaldo sets two impressive new records

Cristiano Ronaldo set two impressive records at Juventus after netting his 100th goal for the Serie A giants on Wednesday night.

While it has been a tough season for Juve, Ronaldo continues to bang in the goals as he leads the way in Serie A with 28 goals in 32 appearances.

His goal against Sassuolo on Wednesday night saw the striker bring up a century of goals for the Bianconeri, and he did it faster than any other player in the club’s history.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner only needed three seasons to bring up 100 goals, breaking Omar Sivori’s record of four seasons.

The 36-year-old has also become the first footballer to score 100 or more goals for three different clubs in three different countries, according to ESPN.

Ronaldo was not the only player to reach a milestone on Wednesday night, though, with Paulo Dybala becoming the first non-European footballer to score 100 goals for the Turin outfit.
