Dortmund to accept reduced fees for Chelsea target Sancho

Borussia Dortmund are ready to accept that transfer fees will be lower this summer.

The German giants are known for selling their best players at high prices to cover the cost of their own transfer moves.

Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in signing Jadon Sancho, who would have fetched at least £100 million before COVID-19.

But the Evening Standard suggests that Dortmund are aware that whatever bids they get will be lower than what would have arrived before this crisis.

Most clubs, even ones like United that have a lot of money, are hesitant about paying huge fees with the game’s future so uncertain.
