Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr has defended the non release of the Eagles team list that would prosecute the May 28, 2018 International friendly match against Democratic Republic of Congo in Port Harcourt.

The list should to have been released Monday (yesterday), but the Eagles Coach has now announced a new date.

The Franco-German football tactician disclosed that he needed to clarify the medical status of some of his injured players and other logistics before going public with the list.

He now confirmed to SportingLife.ng that the list would be released before May 14.

“We had some meetings with the (team’s) staff this weekend concerning scouting and analysis of the players to be invited for the match.

“We have to wait for the medical reports of the injured players before we finalize. Before the 14th of May, the list will be made public”, Rohr disclosed to SportingLife.ng.
