Elon Musk trains ahead proposed Zuckerberg fight

Twitter owner Elon Musk has undergone a grueling training session with UFC Hall of Famer and former world champion as he teases a battle of the billionaires with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Twitter and Tesla owner Musk provided followers with an update on his condition ahead of the aforementioned mega-fight after undergoing more intense preparations.

It appears the 52-year-old accepted the offer from UFC legend Georges St Pierre (GSP) to train him after taking part in what appears to have been a grueling practice Monday night.

Musk posed for a photo with GSP, popular American podcast host and combat expert Lex Fridman, and martial arts instructor John Danaher as preparations intensify ahead of a proposed meeting with Zuckerberg.

The image shows Musk smiling and wearing a gray training shirt that appears drenched in sweat, while his colleagues appear reasonably calm and relaxed.

Calling the training session ‘epic’, Fridman posted the picture of the four fight fans on his Twitter profile with the caption: ‘Had a great training session with Elon Musk, Georges St Pierre and John Danaher last night. Everything about this was epic!

GSP then posted the same image which has been viewed over 2.8 million times on Twitter and joked about the sheer amount of intelligence on display, stating, “Great training session with 3 guys that I really admire.” The combined IQ in this photo is 1000. “Not including me”‘

Musk was eager to get in on the action taking place on his platform and gave a humorous take on his lack of fighting pedigree by giving an honest assessment of his performance.

‘Very funny! The obvious conclusion is that I need *much* more training,’ he said in response to Fridman’s tweet.

Supporters applauded Musk for taking his training seriously, despite the fact that there was no official agreement with Zuckerberg over the proposed cage match which, it is claimed, could generate 25 million pay-per-view buys.
