EPL: Ronaldo attitude always the same, says an Utd legend Keane

Manchester United legend, Roy Keane, believes Cristiano Ronaldo’s attitude hasn’t changed in recent years.

The Portuguese forward has come in for a lot of criticism in recent months at club and international level.

Ronaldo lost his contract with Manchester United this winter, with the Red Devils and the Portuguese agreeing to a mutual termination ahead of the World Cup.

While Portugal are in the quarter finals of said competition, Ronaldo lost his starting spot for the round of 16 clash against Switzerland.

“Are footballers supposed to be perfect?” Keane asked Sky Bet.

“Cristiano Ronaldo had this attitude 10 years ago, but the following game he would score a hat trick, and he was 27 – everyone would forgive him.

“People say that he makes teams worse – Juventus haven’t done anything since he left them a couple of years ago.
