Europa: Ndidi, Lookman prove their worth in Leicester City victory over Randers

Wilfred Ndidi opened the scoring and compatriot Ademola Lookman provided two assists for Leicester City to record a 4-1 win over visiting Randers of Denmark in a UEFA Conference League playoff.

It was Ndidi’s second goal in Europe this season after he also hit target in the Europa League against Polish side Legia Warsaw.

Ndidi opened scoring for his team in the 23rd minute with an assist by fellow Nigeria star Lookman.

Lookman also assisted for his team’s fourth goal in the 74th minute.

The Londoner has been cleared by FIFA to change his international allegiance from England to Nigeria and will be available for next month’s World Cup playoffs against Ghana.

Another Nigerian forward, Tosin Kehinde, assisted for Randers first-half equaliser.

Ex-Manchester United starlet Kehinde has also pledged his international future with Nigeria.

The return leg will played next Thursday in Denmark.
