Everton striker Cenk Tosun rejects Besiktas pre-contract offer
Everton striker, Cenk Tosun, has rejected a pre-contract offer from Besiktas.
Fanatik says Tosun was in Turkey this week and met with Besiktas officials.
The Turkey international comes off contract at the end of the season.

Besiktas chief Ceyhun Kazanci held talks with Tosun during his visit and offered a deal worth €1m-a-year.
However, Tosun has turned the proposal down.
