Ex-Eagles goalie dreams NPFL title with Kwara Utd

Kwara United first-choice goalkeeper, Dele Aiyenugba, has said he has been aspiring to see Kwara United win their first NPFL title.

The former Nigeria goalkeeper has been in incredible form for the Ilorin-based team this season, keeping four clean sheets in his first four games for Kwara United.

Since his debut, the former Enyimba international goalkeeper has helped moved from 9th position to 2nd on the log and they could go top for the first time this season with a win over Dakkada.

While speaking to Kwara United Media Team ahead of the club’s week 10 NPFL clash against Dakkada, Dele Aiyenugba he’s desperate to help Kwara United land the title this season.

“I am here to make history with Kwara United and with the help of my wonderful teammates, we will definitely go places this season”, he was quoted by Brila.net.

“Although the day is still young to talk about winning the title, one must have a target so as to succeed and for that reason, lifting the NPFL title is what I want this season,” Aiyenugba explained.

In the game against Dakadda, Aiyenugba says he is ready to continue his fine form between the sticks and he’s also confident they can get a win.
