Falconets doubly charged for Canada clash

 

With two wins in two games title chasing Falconets are eager to round off the Group stage of the ongoing FIFA U-20 Women world cup in Costa Rica in style as they face Canada today.  The Christopher Danjuma tutored side probably reserving more goals for the knockout stage has maintained a lone goal victory routine in the matches played so far. The Falconets beat France by a lone goal in the opener and beat South Korea by the same margin.

Onyenezide dreams more goals

Onyenezide’s 83 minute goal against Korea which fired the team into the quarterfinals with a game to spare was particularly impressive with some fans describing the dribble that followed the shot as ‘clear the way.
