Fast learner Tammy Abraham masters Roma anthem

Nigeria born England international is a fast learner Tammy Abraham, or how best can one explain the fact that the former Chelsea star who joined Roma recently is already dishing out the club’s anthem unaided.

Abraham relished the moment Thursday night as he joined Roma fans in singing the anthem

Abraham joined in with the chorus of ‘Roma, Roma, Roma’ just moments before their Serie A match against Udinese got underway.

The 23-year-old striker went on to score the opening goal of the game in the 36th minute to continue his impressive start to life in the Italian capital.

Abraham completed a £34million move from Chelsea to Roma this summer after Romelu Lukaku’s arrival at Stamford Bridge forced him further out of the picture.

Roma fans were delighted to have landed the striker and it’s clear Abraham seems to be equally as happy about the move  having been heard singing the chorus of ‘Roma, Roma, Roma’.

This isn’t the first time Abraham has interacted with the fans as he was seen apologising to the club’s supporters after their 3-2 defeat to Hellas Verona on Sunday.

The striker walked over to the singing fans at the Bentegodi and said he was sorry for their poor performance against the Gialloblu.

Roma will play Lazio next at the Olimpico in the Derby della Capitale on September 26.
