Former Falcons captain leaves French club after six years
Former Super Falcons captain Desire Oparanozie has left French side, Guingamp following the expiration of her contract.
The forward spent six years with the French club, scoring 45 goals in 106 matches in the process following her arrival from women’s top-flight Turkish side Ataşehir Belediyespor in 2014.

The striker became a free agent after all sporting events in France which included the women’s and men’s leagues were canceled in order to curb the widespread of the coronavirus pandemic.
