Genk demand ‘mega bucks’ for Onuachu’s transfer

Genk are asking for a fortune on Paul Onuachu because they hope to use part of it to sign a direct replacement for the Nigeria striker.

Onuachu scored 34 goals in all competitions and Genk have admitted they will sell him but only for the right price.

A price tag of around 25 and 30 million Euros has been mentioned lately.

SudPresse has now reported that Genk want at least 25 million Euros for the Belgian Goal King, who cost six million Euros two years ago.

This is a huge amount in Corona times, but certainly not out of place given Onuachu’s performances this season.

If Onuachu left soon, Genk will attract a direct replacement in any case. Part of his transfer fee can already be used for this new signing.
