Genia have sacked coach Davide Ballardini.
Ballardini loses his job after Friday’s draw with Empoli. Genoa have only won one Serie A game out of 11 so far this season.
Genoa announced the coach’s dismissal on Saturday.

“Genoa have relieved Davide Ballardini of his duties,” the official statement read.
“The club thank the coach and his staff for his work and passion that he always proved.”
