How Abraham suffered a nasty injury during Roma’s last Serie A win

Tammy Abraham suffered a horrible looking injury after falling awkwardly during Roma’s last match of the Serie A season.

Video footage showed the former Chelsea striker was challenging an opponent for the ball when his leg gave way under him, and he was left screaming in intense pain.

After initial treatment, he was removed from the pitch on a medical cart.

Sky Sport in Italy are reporting that the English forward has suffered an ACL injury, and could potentially be out of action until November or December.

There were reports that Roma could sell Abraham in the summer transfer window, with PSG interested, and a raft of Premier League teams, including Everton, Manchester United and Aston Villa.
