Italian media rates AC Milan loanee Tomori high

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was named Most Valuable Player of Milan’s 4-0 win over Crotone, as Italian media went all-out to praise the qualities of  Chelsea star, Fikayo Tomori, saying that he has already ‘confirmed his value’.

The veteran Ibrahimovic made history by breaking the 500 marks in career club goals, bagging a brace on Sunday.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 39-year-old is ‘a a record-breaking machine and more and more a club symbol’. Il Corriere dello Sport said the Swede is ‘different class’ and underlined it was his sixth brace in Serie A.

Ante Rebic added two more and Tuttosport wrote the Croatian has returned ‘to really be the player he was one year ago’.

Tomori rated 6.5 in all the three sports papers and they all claimed the Chelsea loanee proved his worth in the absence of Simon Kjaer.
