Jorginho: Chelsea’s Job was too big for Lampard; he wasn’t ready for it
Chelsea midfielder, Jorginho has said the Blues job was too big for former manager Frank Lampard.
The midfielder believes Lampard “skipped” some steps that he “needed” to succeed with such a prolific team.
He told ESPN: “Look, I’ll be very honest with you about Lampard. I believe that because he is a legend of the club, I believe that he skipped some steps that you need to learn to reach a great team.

“He arrived at the club where he is a legend, without having experience with other teams.
“I think he arrived too early, skipped a few steps and was not ready for a job at that level, honestly.”
