Juventus chiefs plan crunch meeting over Ronaldo’s future

Juventus chiefs are making frantic efforts to see that Cristiano Ronaldo stay next season.

After their Champions League elimination last week, Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes has been sounding out potentially interested clubs about taking the Portuguese away from Juve.

Despite the pressures of mother Dolores, a return to Sporting CP is off the agenda for now, while PSG, Manchester United and Real Madrid have all been alerted to Ronaldo’s availability.

However, Corriere di Torino says no-one inside Juve’s boardroom are actively seeking to push CR7 out of the club.

Indeed, Ronaldo is due to meet with directors this month and should he declare a willingness to stay, Bianconeri management will be delighted.
