Legacy Volleyball Championship 2018: Host team battles Offey Spikers in the Final

The host team of the tournament which is the Legacy team will battle Offey Spikers in the Final match for the championship tomorrow 10th November at the Indoor Basketball Court in the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

The First semi-final match between Offey Spikers of Ogun State and New Waves of Ibadan ended in favour of Offey, 25-17, 25-16, 15-25 and 25-23 (3-1). The Offey team qualified for the final match while New Waves will be playing third place match.

The second match semi-final is between Legacy volleyball team of Lagos and Offa team ended in defeat over Offa with Legacy side coming victorious in a 25-14, 25-18, 23-25 and 25-21 (3-1) win to lead the Legacy team to the Finals.

The women volleyball team currently played a round-robin game which the Prestigious Chariots of Iganmu defeated Unity team of Ikeja, 25-22, 25-20,25-15(3-0) in the women’s last group game.

The Women Volleyball team is to play tomorrow by selecting the team with the highest point to play the team with the second highest point for the Final match.
