Leicester/Palace: Iheanacho, Ndidi monitor United’s victory in dressing room

Unfortunately for both players, they were disappointed that Bournemouth couldn’t do them any favours against United who finished the match 5-2 to boost their chances of a top-four finish.

Ndidi recorded his conversation with Iheanacho in the dressing room as they found out.

“How many did Greenwood score?” asks Ndidi, who presumably has the teenager in his fantasy football team, because why else would he specifically ask about the young forward?

“Two,” replies Ihenacho, who presumably doesn’t have the 18-year-old considering his tone, “Rashford, Martial… Bruno Fernandes will always score. He always scores,” according to reports from the UK.

It had been a great season for Leicester before Covid-19 caused a break in the season but, since returning, they’ve gone from nailed on to finish in the top four to be in the middle of a battle for the Champions League spots.
