Leicester v Norwich: Iheanacho next Nigerian to hit Premier League 100 Club 

Nigeria international, Kelechi Iheanacho is in line to make his 100th appearance in the English Premiership League when Leicester City confronts Norwich on Saturday.

Iheanacho would become the fifteenth Nigerian player to join the centurion club since the 1992-1993 season if he makes the starting eleven for the Foxes.

He will join the likes of Nwankwo Kanu, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, Joseph Yobo, John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses, Alex Iwobi and Wilfred Ndidi on the exclusive list of Nigerian players who have made a centurion of appearances in the Premier League.

The former Golden Eaglets forward made his Premier League debut for Manchester City against Watford on August 29, 2015, coming on in the 89th minute for Raheem Sterling.

He played 46 matches for City before making move to Leicester City, for whom he has played 53 games.

The Nigeria international has scored three goals in this campaign, one in the Carabao Cup and twice in the league.

He has scored against thirteen different clubs in the Premier League namely Aston Villa, Everton, Huddersfield, Arsenal, Tottenham, West Brom, Hull City, Southampton, Bournemouth, Manchester United, Swansea, Stoke and Crystal Palace.
