L’Equipe: Napoli still negotiating for Osimhen’s teammate Gabriel
Napoli are not only close to a deal with Lille for Victor Osimhen, but also defender Gabriel Magalhaes for €22m plus bonuses.
According to the French newspaper, intensive negotiations have been taking place over the last 24 hours between director of sport Cristiano Giuntoli, Lille President Gerard Lopez and various agents and intermediaries.
They proved fruitful, as not only is Osimhen reportedly on the verge of accepting the transfer after initially rejecting this move, but Napoli are also close to defender Gabriel.
The Brazilian is targeted by Arsenal and Everton too, but Napoli seems to be having the upper hand.

A transfer can be done for €22m plus bonuses, taking the fee up to €25m.
With Osimhen valued at €81m, it’s believed Adam Ounas will be included to Lille as part of the package to lower the overall cost of the operation.
