Super Eagles defender William Troost-Ekong has boasted that the Super Eagles will have an easy ride
against visiting Mediterranean Knights of Libya in an AFCON qualifier billed for Saturday in Uyo, A kwa Ibom State.
Troost while speaking with Sportinglfe.ng in a telephone chat, said though the Libya team should not be
under rated due to the departure of their chief coach Adel Ammouche, but no matter how tough they may
look, the Super Eagles will surely have a convincing victory against the visitors.

He revealed that the Eagles have resolved to go for the 6 points at stake to avoid last minute
disappointment from the group having lost 3 points at home against Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the
first leg qualifier.
“Our mission is to qualify for AFCON 2019 in Cameroon. We know it will not be easy because other
Nations in the group also want to qualify too. But want I am sure of is that the Eagles will beat Libya on Saturday,” said Ekong.
Troost also expressed confidence that the Eagles will record away victory against Libya.
