Liverpool willing to hand Fabinho his last big contract

Liverpool are ready to upgrade Fabinho’s contract and reward him with the last big earning deal of his career.

The Guardian says Fabinho is seen as one of the “untouchable” members of Liverpool’s squad.

And as a result, the Reds want to give him a long-term deal to stay at Anfield for good.

While there are no suggestions he could be headed anywhere else, with his contract still running until 2023, but Liverpool want to reward him for his value to the team.

He will apparently be given a contract which will put his salary at just below the club’s top earners.

Fabinho currently earns £100,000-per-week at the moment, but he will apparently be given a wage increase.

His new contract will apparently run until either 2025 or 2026, meaning he could be 33 when his new deal expires.
