‘Luis Suarez can win Champions League with Atletico Madrid’
Former junior coach of Atletico Madrid striker, Luis Suarez, believes the player can win the Champions League with the LaLiga leaders.
Daniel Enríquez helped bring through Suarez at Nacional in Uruguay before he left for Europe and Ajax.
He told AS: “In Barcelona, he has scored goals, has run and has left everything. He has made history. There was a stir with his departure, but we are proud of what he has done there.

“We are sad that he leaves Barcelona because he was very comfortable. But this is football.”
On Atleti and Suarez’s Champions League chances, Enriquez added: “Of course. I know that this season it has not been possible, but I am sure that they will continue to fight for it until the end.”
