Man Utd midfielder: I’m ready to improve my physicality

Donny van de Beek has revealed he would like to work on his physicality after moving to Manchester United.

The 23-year-old swapped Ajax for the Red Devils on Wednesday, signing a five-year contract with his new club.

When asked by MUTV if he was ready for the challenge, van de Beek replied: “Always when people tell you something about the Premier League, they tell you it’s really strong with heavy competition.

“I will see that. I want to work on my physicality, on everything, to make steps again, because for Holland I was strong and physically good, but now I want to take steps again to improve and help the club get prizes and titles.”
