Man Utd, others shocked as Haaland vows to see out BVB contract

Top clubs in Europe including Manchester United are disappointed to learn Erling Haaland hopes to see out his contract with Borussia Dortmund.

The young striker made a blistering start in the Bundesliga after arriving in January.

He was quickly the subject of rumours linking him to United, Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain and other top clubs.

But the Norwegian plans to finish his deal with BVB, which expires in 2024.

“I have a long-term contract here until 2024. In any case, it is my big goal to win BVB the title and to celebrate fantastic successes with our fans,” he told Bild.

Haaland managed 13 goals in 14 Bundesliga appearances for Dortmund last term.
