Man Utd rated ahead of Real Madrid as likely Ronaldo’s destination

Manchester United are rated a more likely destination for Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo than Real Madrid in Italy.

Tuttosport says Ronaldo has less than 18 months remaining on his deal which means the Italian giants could cash in this summer.

A move back to Madrid, where he spent nine years, has been touted over the past week.

But Los Blancos have their sights on either Kylian Mbappe or Erling Haaland which would rule them out of the race.

As a result, United is looking a more viable option for the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

Ronaldo spent six years at Old Trafford, winning three league titles and a Champions League, before moving to Spain.

But a magical return has long been mentioned and this summer could open the door for the Red Devils. Ronaldo’s age and Juventus’ need to evolve under Andrea Pirlo has seen the forward criticised.

He responded with a hat-trick at the weekend against Cagliari.
