Matthäus wants Khan out as CEO of Bayern

Former Germany international, Lothar Matthäus has blamed Bayern Munich’s CEO Oliver Khan for the club’s poor form this season.

According to Matthäus, Oliver Khan has made several decisions which has affected the club this season.

Key among the decisions he says was the sacking of Julian Nagelsmann for Thomas Tuchel.

“Oliver Khan was coming after Karl-Heinz Rummenigge who made a great job as the CEO and Oliver Khan was a newcomer in this business. Oliver is not the guy who is connected with his predecessors, he likes to go his way.

Bayern will have to look for new leadership,” Matthäus told SuperSports’s Juliet Bawuah in an exclusive interview in the Ghanaian capital, Accra.
