Mbachu John nets 8th goal of the Season in Egypt

 

Nigerian forward, Mbachu John Ndubuisi continued with his goalscoring streak in the Egyptian league two after scoring a goal to help his side secure a vital away point.
The 24 years old opened scoring in the 73rd minute which lasted for less than five minutes as hosts, Elbank Elahly fought back to secure a draw in the encounter.

Mbachu already on 7 goals before the global Pandemic returned to his goal-scoring form and was on for the entire duration of the match.

The Nigerian forward had two attempts on target with one of his attempts resulting in the opener when he rose high to connect a Mohammed Ebzy cross.
Mbachu John is now on eight goals with three matches left for the Egyptian second division to come to its climax.

SOHAG SC are now 6th on the log in a 12 league team and are out of contention in the race to secure promotion to the Egyptian top flight.

The Nigerian says he will give his all to ensure his team does not relegate as they now walk a very tight rope.
” There are just three matches left to the end of the league here. We have two home games and an away match. We can’t afford to drop any more points again, so we have to strive to get all the available points in order to avoid relegation. I and my teammates are aware of this and we have all agreed to give in our all in the next few games. I will keep giving my best to contribute and score whenever the chance comes and help this side escape relegation” concludes the Nigerian forward.
