Mbappe reacts to sublime hat-trick for PSG

Kylian Mbappe achieved yet another goalscoring milestone in his career as he reached 250-goal mark in just 200 matches for PSG.

The French star netted a hat-trick in Paris Saint-Germain’s thumping 6-2 win over Montpellier in a Ligue 1 clash. Vitinha, Lee Kang-in and Nuno Mendes were also on target alongside Mbappe. With the three goals on Sunday, the 25-year-old reached the 250-goal mark across all competitions in his 200th game league for the club.

Mbappe is miles ahead of PSG’s all-time second-highest goalscorer Edinson Cavani who had 200 goals to his name. The Uruguayan is followed by another club legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic who scored 156 times for the club. The Frenchman, who is all set to join Real Madrid in the summer, will leave Les Parisiens as the most decorated player in the club’s history.

The France national team captain will now shift his focus to international football as he is all set to face Germany and Chile on March 23 and 26, respectively in friendly matches for Les Bleus.
