Arsenal and Nigeria forward, Alx Iwobi confirmed his Nigeria national anthem is not good enough during a one on one interview with Gunners teammates, Ainsley Maitland- Niles on Arsenal YouTube channel.
Maitland-Niles asked Iwobi if he can communicate with his national teammates when on international duty.
“I have learnt broken English. I don’t speak it because of my accent. My Eagles colleagues said i’m not good enough,” iwobi said.
The next question goes when Niles asked, honestly, do you know the Nigerian national anthem? he replied by saying I know it well enough! If the camera comes to me, I will know the words that I need to say at that very moment in time.

But i’m not 95 per cent good enough. There are few adjustments and lyrics I need to sort out.
