Napoli have decided not to purchase Tiemoue Bakayoko from Chelsea, so a return to France is possible for PSG or Lyon.
The 26-year-old is only under contract with Chelsea until June 2022, having been purchased from Monaco for €40m back in 2017.
He barely played with the Blues jersey, going out on a series of less than stellar loan spells at Milan, Monaco and Napoli.

Multiple reports in Italy are confident Bakayoko won’t be purchased outright by Napoli, as he has dropped down the pecking order in recent months.
Footmercato maintain a return to France could be his next step, with PSG and Olympique Lyonnais interested.
