Oliseh makes cases for more NPFL stars in Super Eagles

Ex-Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh believes more more home-based players should be invited to the national team.

Reacting on the backdrop that only three local players made their way into the Super Eagles’ provisional squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, Oliseh insists he wants to see more home-based stars in the Super Eagles.

“If we had superstars like in the 90’s and early 2000’s playing at D very top world club-sides, champions league, etc, one could understand the absence of home-based in a 406man call-up.
