Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo has waded into the unending crisis of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) The Acting President Sportinglife.ng gathered is set to hold a meeting with the Amaju Pinnick led-board this week.
A planned Congress scheduled by the Chris Giwa led faction on Thursday we further gathered has been put in the cooler to give way for the meeting called by the Vice president.
A source informed Sportinglife.ng that it is hoped that something good comes out of the Aso Rock meeting describing the Vice President as ‘meticulous’
Prior to the meeting however a source revealed that there were plans by one of the parties to storm the UK to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari. It is not yet known whether the said meeting has been shelved as a result of the meeting with the Vice President in Abuja.
