Ozil ready to partner Victor Moses in the New Year

Nigeria international and Fenerbahçe loanee Victor Moses may have a new partner in Arsena’s ace Mesut Ozil if talks with the Turkish club turn out as expected.

The Germany international who has been at the Emirates since 2013 is eager to exit Arsenal in January for new experience and has reportedly been having a tete-a-tete with Fenerbahçe big wigs

The former Real Madrid midfielder has had a shoddy season in north London this campaign as the Gunners endure a club crisis.

Unai Emery has been sacked in the midst of a run of just one win in 12 games, leaving the Emirates outfit facing a battle to finish in the top six, let alone the top four.

Freddie Ljungberg has come in but fortunes have not changed – with just one win to his name – a 3-1 result over West Ham.

It hasn’t been a tea party for  Ozil either as he,has managed to feature in  11 games making only two assists and scoring no goals, although the Werder Bremen man has scored 32 goals in 173 appearances for the Gunners.

According to Turkish publication Fotomac, Fenerbahce have flown over transfer chiefs to hold face-to-face meetings with the 31-year-old

Want away Arsenal ace Mesut Ozil

Ozil is supposedly very keen on ending his Arsenal nightmare and a move to Turkey has long been an intention of the World Cup winner.

Fotomac further revealed that the deal would only be a loan move but positive talks have already been held.

Should the deal materialise it will equally be like that of Moses who is on loan deal from Chelsea after signing an eighteen-month loan deal with Turkish side.
