PSG fans display graffiti want Messi,Al-khelaifi out

 

Paris Saint-Germain fans have defaced the club’s training center as frustration over their departure from the Champions League continues to grow.

Since their embarrassing collapse against Real Madrid, supporters have turned against some of their top stars, including Lionel Messi.

The Argentine superstar was booed during their 3-0 win over Bordeaux on Sunday, while Neymar was also whistled after scoring in the match.

Fans have also called on club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and sporting director Leonardo to step down after the club’s latest elimination from the Champions League.

They have now targeted the club’s training center including Messi and Al-Khelaifi to leave the club.

One post said ‘Nasser, Leo out’, while another said there had been ‘ten years of mediocrity’ under Qatar Sports Investment – led by Al-Khelaifi.

Messi was the main target of insults in the messages sprayed on the training center, spread 40 meters around the building.

One post said ‘Leo FDP’ – which is French for ‘son of ab****’

Other messages included: ‘We don’t want warriors s****’, ‘Leonardo go away’, ‘be worthy’, ‘you shame us’, ‘Paris will never be Qatari’ and ‘Paris are we ‘.

The graffiti was reportedly sprayed overnight, but has since been cleared up Monday morning.

Messi and Neymar were not the only players to be booed during their Ligue 1 clash with Bordeaux

Former Liverpool star Georginio Wijnaldum despite not playing against Madrid last week was another to face frustration from PSG supporters.

Banners were displayed in the stands calling for sporting director Leonardo to leave the club.

A banner read: ‘Direction demission’ – calling for resignation.

Another banner read: ‘Mbappe A Paris, Leonardo Au Pilori’, urging the striker to stay at the club while insisting Leonardo should be pilloried.

PSG Ultras have also written an open letter calling on Al-Khelaifi to step down.
