Agent of Roger Ibanez admits Roma refused to sell him to a Serie A rival.
Ibanez left Roma Al-Ahli a fortnight ago.
Agent Lodovico Spinosi says while Napoli were interested, Roma refused to consider selling to another Italian club.

He told CalcioNapoli24: “Was Napoli interested in Ibanez? Roma never considered selling him to Italy.
“There was only a technical approval from there, it never materialised into anything.”
