Sept 27 friendly: Desert Foxes good to go against Eagles

 

Desert foxes of Algeria sometimes called The Fennec are ready for the friendly tie against Super Eagles in Oran, come September 27.  Led by Algerian legend and former international Djamel Belmadi, the team had their first training session Monday night at their training centre in Sidi Moussa about 409.9 km from Oran.

The team is however expected to leave for Oran later today where they will face Syli Nationale of Guinea on Friday before the much talked about showdown with Eagles.

Coach Belmadi said though they are playing at home it is still important that they adapt to prevailing conditions. “We normally have our infrastructure in Sidi Moussa but we have to adapt to our conditions,” he said

Already the camp of the Super Eagles in Constantine is reportedly bubbling with nearly all the players now in camp.
