Serie A: Mourinho’s dream is to win Scudetto with Roma, says Santon

Former Roma defender Davide, Santon believes coach Jose Mourinho is capable of transforming the club.

Mourinho led Roma to the European Conference League title last season – a first trophy in Europe for the Giallorossi.

Santon said of his former Inter Milan coach: “Mou was the one who launched me and the one I ended up with.

“I’m sorry not to have been part of the Roma squad, but some club choices have been made, which I understand and which did not include me.

“With words, Mou is always number one. The players love him, Josè makes himself loved. Even if he has won a lot, he is still hungry and passionate for what he does. He can win again, I think his dream is the Scudetto with the Giallorossi.”
