Simon grateful to teammates after grabbing hat-trick in 8-0 cup win for Nantes

Nigeria international, Moses Simon has extended his appreciation to his teammates at French Ligue 1 side, Nantes after scoring a hat-trick in their 8-0 win against FC Paris in the League Cup.

Moses who was replaced in the 64th minute hinged his impressive outing on the contributions of his teammates which he expressed on his Twitter handle.

Simon opened scoring in the 22nd minute with a lobbed goal. He then made it 3-0 for his team on 35 minutes, before he completed his treble two minutes from the break.

Wednesday’s victory for Nantes was the biggest win for the Canaries in the League Cup.
