Simon Moses shines as FC Nantes record big win over Brest

Simon Moses was in action for FC Nantes in their emphatic home win over Brest in French Ligue One encounter on Wednesday.

The Nigerian international who played the entire minutes of the encounter assisted his club to a 3-1 win over their visitors.

Simon was impressive in the game, but he was unfortunate not to contribute a goal or assist to mark his display.

The former Gent star is leading the assist table in France, having created five goals for his teammates in previous matches.

Ludovic Blas scored the opener for Nantes on the 27th minute, before Pedro Chirivella made it 2-0 on the 55th minute.

The scores became 3-0 three minutes later when Brest defender Lilian Brassiere diverted a cross into his net.

Substitute J. L Douaron scored consolation goal for Brest three minutes after his introduction to the game.

It is now back-to-back wins for Nantes following their 4-1 win at Angers on Sunday.

The win moves Nantes to eighth position on on the table with 10points from seven matches.
