Super Eagles captain back in action as Al Nassr beat Al Faisaly

Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa earned his fourth appearance for Al Nassr in their 2-0 win over Al Faisaly in a Saudi Professional League clash on Wednesday.

The Nigerian international was thrown into action in the 87th minute for Nodin Amrbat as Al Nassr held on to claim all maximum points.

The 26-years old Musa is yet to open his goal account this campaign after four league games and two substitute appearances since returning from injury.

Musa is expected to start for Al Nassr when they tackle Al Fief in the King Cup Champions on Saturday, November 10.

The former Kano Pillars will be looking forward to impressive display when the Super Eagles kick-start their AFCON qualifiers campaign against Benin’s Squirrels and Lesotho’s Crocodiles in the coming week.
