Super Eagles replace Osimhen with Onyekuru for AFCON
Super Eagles have replaced Victor Osimhen with Henry Onyekuru for the AFCON after it emerged that the Napoli striker has again contracted Coronavirus and he is now in quarantine.
Various reports have cast doubts on Osimhen recovering fully in time for the AFCON in Cameroon.
But his testing positive again for Coronavirus has now meant a final check-up after his surgery has been rescheduled till further notice.

Onyekuru’s late selection is surprising as he has not exactly set the Greek league on fire this season with only a goal and an assist in 21 appearances for Olympiacos.
The former AS Monaco winger has also struggled to impress in a Super Eagles shirt.
