Japhet Tanganga is living the dream at Tottenham — which is just as well because he has hardly slept a wink this week.

“Thankfully, the gaffer gave me the opportunity to play against Middlesbrough, make my FA Cup debut and, again, it was just a great feeling.
“I’m just really happy with all the support and encouragement I’ve got from everyone. It’s just been absolutely great.
