Tottenham warn Roma coach Mourinho on Dier, Hojbjerg

Tottenham have relayed a warning to new Roma coach Jose Mourinho.

According to The Mirror, Spurs have told former manager Mourinho he will not be able to sign Eric Dier or Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg next season at Roma.

Mourinho was sacked by Tottenham last month but it took just 15 days for the boss to get a new job.

It was rumoured Dier and Hojbjerg were at the top of his list, alongside Manchester United’s Juan Mata and Nemanja Matic.

But Spurs will not consider offers from Roma for their midfield pair.
