Chelsea upset with Thomas Tuchel amid double raid on Blues after sacking

Chelsea are upset with Thomas Tuchel as the German seeks to complete a double raid on his former club to boost his chances of succeeding at Bayern Munich.

Tuchel has replaced Julian Nagelsmann at the Bundesliga giants as they bid to save their season. It is his first management job since being sacked by Chelsea back in September following a disappointing start to the campaign.

And the German has wasted no time in moving to raid his former club as he looks to turn Bayern’s fortunes around. His first move has been to try to bring Blues assistant coach Anthony Barry with him to the Allianz Arena.

Chelsea are resisting that though and are holding out for compensation for the highly-rated coach. According to the Telegraph, Barry have been told to ‘stay away’ from the Blues’ Cobham training ground as negotiations over his future take place.

Bayern are thought to have made a compensation offer for Barry, but it falls well short of Chelsea’s valuation. Barry is keen to join Tuchel at Bayern, with the German boss hopeful that an agreement can be reached.
