The likes of Manchester United, West Ham, and Aston Villa are all after the England defensive midfielder.
According to the Mirror, Phillips has told Leeds that he is ready to sign a new contract, if they remain in the Premier League.
The midfielder is happy at Leeds, wants to secure their top-flight status, and would be pleased to remain at the Elland Road club for the next few years.
Phillips is a boyhood Leeds fan, and would like nothing more than to help the team become a Premier League force in the next few years.
