Brazil legend Rivaldo would like to see Neymar move to Manchester City.

Neymar’s future at PSG is up in the air.

And Rivaldo says: “Honestly, I don’t see that happening in this transfer window. But that could change at the end of the season when PSG have the chance to sell him to offset their investment and that could open Premier League doors for Neymar.
