Transfer window: Man Utd emerge as favourites for wantaway Barcelona striker Depay

Manchester United are in contact with Barcelona about re-signing Memphis Depay.

AS says United is the club most interested in signing Barcelona forward Depay during the January transfer window.

Depay could be available for just £4.3million next month as Barcelona look to cash in before his contract expires.

United will look to sign a new striker in January and with options limited, a return could well make sense as a short-term solution.

Depay has also been linked with Juventus, which made an attempt over the summer.
