U20 AFCON Qualifier: Flying Eagles draw Mauritania 1-1

Nigeria’s U-20 National Team on Saturday evening drew 1-1 draw with Mauritania in a 2019 U20 AFCON final qualifying playoff.

The Flying Eagles were the first to score in the first half through winger Ibrahim Babawo before the host team drew level before halftime.

The return leg match will be played next Saturday at the Agege Stadium in Lagos with the overall winner advancing to the 2019 U-20 Africa Championship in Niger Republic.
